It’s party time once again over at Disney Springs. That’s right, it’s time for Carnevale at Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante.
Carnevale is a traditional Italian festival known as Mardi Gras here in the States. If you find yourself in Disney World from February 1st to the 29th, you can join in on Maria & Enzo’s festivities that will include live entertainment from 5-10 PM. Of course, it wouldn’t be a party without food, and the menu for this event has finally debuted.
If you’re familiar with Maria and Enzo’s, you’ll notice a lot of their signature dishes have made it onto this menu, including their Lasagna Bolognese.
They also will have some unique food items that are normally not on the regular menu just for the celebration, like the Costina di Manzo.
Each meal will begin with Maria and Enzo’s famous Pinzimonio (Italian Crudite) with Giardiniera Cremosa. Homemade Sfincione Focaccia, Ciabatta Bread and Mamma Marias Mini-Meatballs will be served with your entree. If that’s not enough, your meal also includes a Bugie e Chiacchiere (fried sweet pastry) at the end.
If you have a gluten allergy, don’t worry because Gluten-free pasta is available upon request. You can check out the full menu for Carnevale at Maria and Enzo’s official website.
So, grab your masks and glamorous costumes, because it’s almost time for the celebration!
