Disney’s Coronado Springs is having a bit of a Renaissance lately!

Last year, we saw the opening of the new Gran Destino Tower and the addition of FOUR New Dining Locations, including Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa del Lago.
This on-the-water dining hot spot has been serving up Spanish-inspired cuisine in a casual yet upscale environment.

Today, we’re headed back to check out a recent addition to the menu, a Sangria Flight!

Priced at $21.00, this features samplings of four of their signature Sangrias.

From left to right, we received: Sparkling Sangria, White Sangria, Rose’ Sangria, and Red Sangria.

While the Sparkling and Rose’ were a tad bit on the sweet side, we found the White and Red to be just right! But, this will really depend on your wine preference. Overall, this flight was definitely a refreshing and relaxing way to spend an afternoon while gazing out at that view.
Enough of the sips, it’s on to the main event. We’ve got the SCOOP on the newest of Disney’s Secret Menu Item: MEXICAN STREET CORN DIP!
Mexican Street Corn Dip
Two words for ya: ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! This dip is basically corn mixed with cotija cheese, cilantro, poblano peppers, smoked tomato aioli, and finished off with a squeeze of lime. It’s served with light and crunchy tortilla chips that make for the perfect carrier for this bowl of goodness. It packed only a little bit of heat thanks to the poblano peppers and the corn was fresh and the flavors worked together really well.
Mexican Street Corn Dip
This is priced at $13.00 and we wouldn’t be too shocked if it showed up on the menu soon. For now, you’ll need to ask a Cast Member about it in order to try this sweet goodness! We had a fantastic day visiting Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa del Lago and will be dreaming of sangria and that dip!
