In Disneyland park, FASTPASS will be available to help you zoom over to Autopia in Tomorrowland a little faster!

And in Disney California Adventure, you will be able to grab a FASTPASS to enter the Monstropolis Transit Terminal at Monsters, Inc., Mike & Sully to the Rescue.

Though we don’t have an exact date for these additions (Disney simply stated they will be “available soon”), we can let you know that the attractions will also be coming to Disney MaxPass. (This option — available for purchase — allows guests to make FASTPASS selections from their phones.)

As a Disney World vet, I think that was my biggest complaint about my first trip to Disneyland just last week. I’m so used to having many choices for Fastpasses, and scoring last minute ones throughout the day. With Disneyland’s system, last minute Fastpasses don’t really happen. And your Fastpass options are very limited. Adding these 2 new options is helpful, but hopefully they continue to add more.
