Right now, we are LIVING for all the treats out in the parks for Valentine’s Day! And, the latest heartfelt dessert at the Disney Resorts has us practically swooning with how adorable it is!
Similar to the macaron we spotted in Disneyland, the Valentine’s Macaron has made its way into the BoardWalk Bakery for the holiday.

Two raspberry macarons are layered with diplomat cream, fresh raspberries, and almonds. And, the sweet-tart combo is a great one! (Oh, did we mention the edible glitter that gives this even more sparkle?!)
Valentine’s Macaron
The macarons are sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. The diplomat cream is light and fluffy, which pairs well with the tart raspberries. The flavors are simple, but blend well; and the variations in texture (those fresh raspberries!) are welcome.
