Today is Valentine’s Day — which can either be a good or bad thing depending on how lucky in love you are!
But no matter if you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day, Dockside Margaritas in Disney Springs has some fun-themed drinks for the occasion! All month long they’re serving up two specialty drinks — one for those who’ve met their special prince or princess, and one for those who, well, let’s just say you haven’t found your happily ever after yet!
You can toast to romance with the Sweetheart Punch, a lovely concoction made from Malibu coconut rum, BOLS peach schnapps, and pineapple juice! To say that it closely resembles the Imagination Pink Punch is putting it mildly. As you may recall the Imagination Pink Punch also featured coconut rum, peach schnapps, and tropical juices along with a pink sugar rim and a pineapple wedge for it’s finishing touch!
The Sweetheart Punch is nearly identical except it’s made with coconut rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, and sour mix. It’s also a little more on the red side and it’s garnished with an orange wedge!

We found the flavor or the Sweetheart Punch to be very strong and tart! Just like we found with the Imagination Pink Punch, the Malibu coconut rum really shined through. The sugared rim was really yummy too, and we found ourselves sipping the drink without the straw so we could balance out that tartness with the sweetness of the pink sugar.

But like we mentioned, even if you’re not a fan of Valentine’s Day, Dockside Margaritas still has your back with their Black Heart Margarita! It features tequila, orange liqueur, black cherry syrup, and sour and lime juices!
This one looks like one we’ve seen before as well — in fact, the ingredients are nearly identical to the super popular Black Magic Margarita Dockside was serving during the Halloween season! It looks like they swapped out the sinister-looking black rock salt rim for a reddish sugar rim instead! This version of the drink is served with tequila, Cointreau, sweet and sour mix, and black cherry purée.

The Black Heart Margarita tasted like a delicious, class marg to us with a subtle cherry flavor. This drink was also pretty tart, so we appreciated having the sugar rim instead of the salt rim to enjoy with it! We have a feeling folks of every FaceBook status will be enjoying this one, despite its name!
The Sweetheart Punch costs $11.50 while the Black Heart Margarita will set you back $16. And while Valentine’s Day will end at the stroke of midnight tonight (even though we like to think every day is Valentine’s Day!), you’ll be able to order both of these lovelies until the end of February!
