What could be dreamier than riding aboard a Disney cruise ship? I mean it’s one of our preferred methods for kicking back and takin’ it easy!
How about seeing the world with the Disney Cruise Line? It’s a pretty big dream — but one that may be worth saving up for, especially when you hear where the Disney Cruise Line will be sailing to in the summer of 2021!
While you may have already known about Disney Cruise Line’s ports of call in the Bahamas as well as Alaska, they also offer many popular European sailings! Bookings for Disney Cruise Line’s 2021 Summer cruises will open on February 28th, 2020, and when they do, you’ll be able to choose from itineraries such as the Mediterranean including Spain, the Greek Isles, and the French Riviera!
But that’s not all! From late July through September 2021, the Disney Cruise Line will be also be embarking to magical destinations such as the British Isles, northern Europe, as well as the Baltic, Iceland, and Norwegian fjords!
According to the Disney Cruise Line, “four very special voyages will visit the Greek Isles, with cruises ranging from eight to 11 nights and include ports of call such as Katakolon near ancient Olympia – home to the first Olympic Games – and the gorgeous Greek island of Kefalonia, a first-time port of call for Disney Cruise Line!”
Another cruise will feature a stop at the city of Dubrovnik, Croatia, known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic” a seaside village with centuries-old cobblestoned alleyways and medieval architecture to explore.
Additional first-time ports of call for Disney Cruise Line include the medieval city of Visby, Sweden, considered to be one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Scandinavia and the village of Eidfjord, Norway, home to geographic wonders and situated at the foot of Hardangervidda, Norway’s largest national park!”
The Disney Wonder will also be making the trek all the way up to Alaska! These Alaskan voyages will be departing from Vancouver, Canada and include seven-night itineraries that will visit Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan and Dawes Glacier, a one nine-night Alaskan adventure that will visit Hubbard Glacier, Icy Strait Point, Sitka, Juneau and Ketchikan, and a special five-night cruise will travel to Dawes Glacier and Ketchikan.
And of course, Disney Cruise Line will also offer their tropical Caribbean and Bahamanian get-aways aboard the Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream — which has one of our favorite sweet spots onboard, Vanellope’s Sweets and Treats Shop!
Not sure about you guys, but we think we’ll start saving up our pennies for one of these once-in-a-lifetime trips!
