We are thrilled to see this booth return in 2020 with brand new eats and berry-inspired drinks, which will be the perfect refresher between the many savory options at the festival. Come along with us as we check out everything this berrylicious booth has to offer!

We started off our adventure at the Berry Patch by picking up the NEW Raspberry-Lychee-Rose Custard with Mixed Berry Compote for $6.00.

To our berry trained palettes, the custard tasted straight up like yogurt with jam on top. The flavors were fine and all, but for the $6 price tag, we wouldn’t put this on our Food and Wine shortlist.

Also, new this year is the Oikos Greek Yogurt California Berries Summer Pudding for $5.50.We heard it “contains trace amounts of alcohol” and well–we are at the Food and Wine Festival after all, so bottoms up!

We didn’t detect any booze inside but found this dessert to be super light and refreshing. The textures might not work out for you since the bread was a little mushy, but others in our group really enjoyed it!

Drinks
While you’re already in the Berry Patch, you can pick up one (or three!) of the new refreshing drinks! Adults can try the Blue Marble Hard Seltzers (Alcoholic) in either Berry or Tropical flavor for $13.00 each. The Berry Hard Seltzer was super light, crisp and refreshing!

The Tropical Hard Seltzer was equally enjoyable! We know, it looks just like the Berry one, right? But it tastes a little sweeter! We tend to reach for hard seltzers on hot days like today, and this one really hit the spot!

We also opted for the non-alcoholic Ruby Citrus Sparkler for $5 which is also kiddo-friendly!

We found the Ruby Citrus Sparkler to be super yummy! It’s perfectly light and fruity — just be sure to mix it up while you go as the berries tend to fall to the bottom!

Berry Patch is definitely bringing berry back this year, so be sure to stop by if you’re looking for a sweet and refreshing tart treat!
