Since Cirque du Soleil La Nouba ended its nineteen year run in Disney World, we’ve been itching for more high-flying acrobatics and stunt choreography. We thought about doing our own show, but we guess we’ll let the professionals handle it. 😉
The new show, Drawn to Life, is set to go live in Disney Springs in a little under two months and Disney is sharing another behind-the-scenes look at one of the biggest stars of the show!
No, we don’t mean the acrobats themselves.
We’re talking about the big top, the Cirque du Soleil theater that will be drawn to life through special effects, lighting, and artistry. In this preview video, Michel Laprice, the writer and show director for Drawn to Life, talks about the goals for the production, as well as reveals what the inside of the new theater space will look like.
You can catch a sneak peek at the acrobatics for Drawn to Life here!
Previews for Drawn to Life will begin on March 20, 2020 and then it’s just a matter of waiting for the official premiere on April 17th. You can already buy your tickets for the show here.
