Today we’ve been taking you with us LIVE from the 2020 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival (and we’ve loooved having you tag along)!
But, the adventure isn’t over just yet! We’re going on a scavenger hunt for goodies AND a special prize throughout the World Showcase, but is it worth YOUR time and $$$ — let’s find out!
Just like the Cookie Stroll at the Festival of the Holidays, Epcot is featuring the Garden Graze snack and sip stroll for the Flower and Garden Festival.
To complete the scavenger hunt, you can purchase the five menu items at the booths listed in the guide…
…where you’ll receive a stamp along with your purchase! Once you’ve gotten all five stamps, you can head over to the Pineapple Promenade to pick up your PRIZE (oooh, we wonder what it is).
So, without further ado, let’s get Garden Grazing (see what we did there??) around the Flower and Garden Festival!
We’re starting off on a healthy note at the Flavor Full Kitchen with the Grilled Baby Vegetables with Hummus Cream and Red Pepper Coulis. The veggies are SO fresh and packed with a whole lot of flavor from the hummus and red pepper coulis for $4.75.
Read our full review of the Flavor Full Kitchen booth here!
Next up — the Impossible™ Farmhouse Meatball at Trowell & Trellis might taste just like meat, but it’s totally vegetarian! The meatless “meatball” is extremely juicy and tasty paired with the spinach, marinated vegetables, and creamy herb dressing in lentil bread (um, how cool is that?!) for $5.75.
Take a look at everything at Trowel & Trellis on this year’s menu here!
Looking for somethin’ a little sweet and a little spicy? Then the Pineapple Skewer with Tajin Seasoning is a GREAT pick at the Refreshment Outpost for $4.75! The heat from the tajin goes wonderfully with the pineapple, and even reminds us of our very own Tajin Dole Whip hack.
Check out our full review of Refreshment Outpost’s treats and drinks here!
The sweet stuff doesn’t stop there! The Potato Pancakes with house-made apple sauce is the plant-based option this year at Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market — and, it is GOOD!! The pancake and applesauce duo is super creamy with a great balance of sweet and salty. You can get your own for Garden Graze (or just for the festival) for $4.50.
Snack and sip your way through Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market with us here!
And for our final stop, we’re pulling into Florida Fresh to finish out our Garden Graze! The Watermelon Cucumber Slushy has our name all over it! And for $4.50, this frozen drink is crisp, sweet and refreshing!
Check out all the rest of the sweet sips at Florida Fresh here!
With our final drink, we completed the Garden Graze scavenger hunt (yaaaas!). Bring on the prize!!
Our prize happened to be a Lime Dole Whip in this commemorative Flower and Garden Festival Glass that will look FANTASTIC in our kitchen back home!
Although we got the Lime Dole Whip today, the Flower and Garden plans on shaking things up with a new prize sometime soon!
Oh, and don’t forget to plant the Purple Dark Opal Basil that you also get along with your sweet sur-PRIZE. We think Spike the Bee will help out, if you need a hand!
Garden Graze can be a great way to get the whole family together for some fun (and AH-MAZING food) while you visit Epcot. If you think you’ll enjoy the majority of snacks in the Graze, this can be a wonderful way to get a sweet reward for snacks you would have already purchased anyway! Just be sure to take some photos of your finished guide to tag us on Instagram!!

Kate says
Do you know if you have to do this in one day? I’m going solo and would love to try these but I think I would struggle to eat all these in one day!
DFB Sarah says
Kate, these food challenges are fine to complete over multiple days — just hang onto the guide where you’re collecting your stamps!
Kerri says
Would it be ok if we just got 5 of one thing?..
MJ says
Would it be ok to buy multiple of one item, for example three slushies and two pineapple skewers and this would qualify to receive the completer cup? Thanks!
Rehecca says
Do they have pineapple dole whip? Also what’s inside the potato pancake? Hoping no onions.
