In order to promote the health and safety of the Resort’s guests and cast members, the temporary closure of the Disneyland Resort parks — Disneyland and Disney California Adventure — went into effect March 14th, 2020. PLEASE NOTE: This post has been updated with additional information which Disney shared with Annual Passholders on April 2 and April 16, 2020.
Disney has provided the following information to Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders in light of the closure.
Annual Passholders Who Have Paid in Full
As is the case for Annual Passholders in Walt Disney World, Annual Passholders who have already paid in full “will automatically have their Passport expiration date extended“ for the number of days the parks are closed. (The reopening date has not yet been revealed, and parks are currently closed “until further notice.”) Passholders will see the new extended date on their Passport account before the parks reopen.
Please note that, as of April 2, Disney announced an alternative for guests who have paid in full who wish to forego the extension of their Passports. Paid-in-full Passholders may choose to receive a partial refund for the theme park closure period in lieu of the extension. Those interested in this option should call Annual Passport Member Services at (714) 781-4567.
Annual Passholders on the Monthly Payment Program
Additional information presented on April 2, 2020 revealed that Annual Passholders who participate in the Monthly Payment Program will want to be aware that — effective April 5th — monthly payments will automatically stop and all upcoming monthly payments will be waived. (Disney will be refunding payments made between March 14 through April 4, 2020.) Payments will resume once the parks reopen, but will not be extended and Passports will expire on their original expiration dates.
However, please note that Annual Passholders participating in the monthly payment program may choose to have their monthly payments postponed starting April 5th through the closure period, with postponed payments collected in the months following the current payment term. This option will allow for the expiration date to be extended. Those interested in this option should call Annual Passholder Member Services at (714)781-4567.
Reservations made by Disney Flex Passholders will be cancelled during the closure without penalty.

I have an AP with Blackout Dates during the summer months. Has anyone heard whether Disney is going to allow park entries during normal blackout times because we cannot use our AP now.
