In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, Disney World’s parks will not be opening today along with all the rest of the Disney parks across the world.
And while Disney World’s theme parks have been forced to temporarily close in the past before (mostly due to hurricanes), its Hotels have decided to remain open until 5 PM on March 20th, but are cancelling some of their normal operations in the meantime.
In the wake of Disney’s decision to shut down the parks as an abundance of precaution, Disney World’s Hotels have been modifying and cancelling some of their guest experiences as they begin to wind down.
Recently, Disney World Hotels have suspended all of their salon and spa services including Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort.
The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutiques at Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs are also now temporarily closed.
We’ll continue to monitor Disney World’s closures and keep you current as this situation unfolds.
