On top of Disney World closing, Florida officials have been working together to do everything they can to protect the people living there.
While Orlando has already instituted a curfew and an order to shelter in place in Orange County, Osceola County is following up with its own safety measures.
According to WFTV, Osceola County has also enacted an order to shelter in place starting on March 26th at 11 PM.
The order will last for two weeks until April 9th, and all non-essential businesses will be closing during that time as well. Until then, the curfew in Osceola County is still in effect from 11 PM until 5 AM.
While we haven’t had an official statement on an extended closure from Disney yet, this ultimately means that Disney World’s property is under shelter in place, too since it is located in both Osceola and Orange County.
