Danielle, I just made some tonight. I did the hazelnut like this recipe and then to do the raspberry I just made a couple of changes. I bought raspberry preserves and spread it in the middle. And because the ones at the park are lemon-raspberry, I bought lemon icing and put some blue food coloring in it. I got little candy sprinkles just to decorate it up a little. For my own fun I also made some with apple butter and I sprinkled cinnamon sugar all over the pastry before I cooked it, then I used the icing from the recipe and sprinkled a little more cinnamon sugar over it too. It was pretty delicious. I’d post a pic but I don’t think you can on this comment section.
