On March 27th, both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort announced extensions to their temporary closures “until further notice” in light of the current global situation.
And now, according to an update to the Disneyland Paris website, it appears that Disneyland Paris is following suit. Previously, the website stated that Disneyland Paris parks and hotels would be closed until the end of March.
The update to the website, dated March 30, 2020, now states that “Disneyland Paris will remain closed until further notice. We look forward to welcoming guests to our resort again once it is advisable to do so.”
The site also includes information for guests whose travel plans have been affected. While we are providing a screenshot below regarding the Resort’s temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies, guests may visit the website to access a list of answers to Frequently Asked Questions about Tickets (including Annual Passes), FastPass, the Buffalo Bill Wild West show, and more.
Note that, per the policies above, “If you hold a reservation for a Disneyland Paris holiday for arrivals while our Parks are closed, you are entitled to receive a voucher valid for 18 months for the full amount of payment already made for your booking. New bookings will be subject to conditions available at the time of booking. If you wish to maintain your current booking conditions, you can benefit from our rebooking offer: If you hold a booking with an arrival up to June 30th, 2020, you have the possibility to rebook at the same price until May 15th, 2020 for an arrival before October 1st, 2020.”
Disneyland Paris reminds that this decision was made with the safety of the Resort’s guests and cast members as the top priority.
