We’ve seen A LOT of interesting Disney snack products pop up in grocery stores. Many stores sell Mickey Bars and Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Sammies but we’ve never seen THIS product in our local grocery store.
The newest Disney Parks item to be found in a grocery store comes straight out of Batuu!

Once we saw the tweets, we had to call to confirm. After chatting with Tate’s Supermarket, we were able to confirm that they ARE indeed selling these packs in their store.
Diet Coke, Sprite, and Coke are all options that are available in the store. And if you happen to live in the area, you can snag a 12 pack of the thermal detonators for $6.99. This is HUGE, because one of those detonators usually costs $5.49 for a single bottle at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney World.
So why would these show up at a local grocery store in Alabama? Well, it’s very possible that these sodas would have gone bad while the parks were closed. Therefore, Disney decided to sell them off! But while we can’t confirm WHY they’re there, if you’re anywhere near Hartford, Alabama, then head on over to get your Batuuan drinks at Tate’s!
We’re keeping our fingers crossed that these travel at lightspeed to even MORE grocery stores so we can pick up a few. We will continue to keep you posted if these are spotted anywhere else.
