As restrictions are slowly being lifted across the world, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort will begin serving character meals again at one of its locations.
This news comes several weeks after character dining resumed at Shanghai Disneyland, one of the first Disney theme parks to close.
According to Hong Kong Disneyland’s website, reservations are now available for Enchanted Garden Restaurant at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. They will be offering an “all you can eat” lunch from 12:00PM to 4:00PM or dinner from 6:00PM to 10:00PM from April 30 to May 3, 2020 with “special appearances by our popular Disney Characters.”
Out of a precaution to guests, Hong Kong Disneyland Park remains closed while Hong Kong Disneyland hotels are available for future bookings and Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre remains open.
We’ll continue to provide more information as it becomes available, but so far, this looks like a starting point for Hong Kong Disneyland’s gradual path to re-opening! And to see what steps Shanghai Disneyland has been making towards progress, check out the simulated health measures and fireworks tests they’ve been running recently here!
