Recently, we learned Disney Springs would be starting a phased reopening of third party stores and restaurants on May 20th (click here to read more about the announcement).

Disney has shared that these independent operators will be following the guidance of government and health officials while some modifications including limited capacity, shortened hours, and social distancing measures will be in place.

While the rest of Walt Disney World Resort including Disney-owned stores, restaurants, theme parks, and hotels will remain closed for the time being, we do have confirmation that the following dining locations will reopen at Disney Springs on May 20th. We will be updating this post as we receive confirmation from more dining locations.

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza
Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza has confirmed they will be reopening May 20th, but are still working out some details. We hope to be able to share some info about what safety measures they’ll be taking soon!

The BOATHOUSE
The BOATHOUSE will reopen May 20th at 11AM with 25% indoor capacity. The vintage Amphicar rides and The Boathouse Boatique will also reopen with the restaurant.

Planet Hollywood
A representative from Planet Hollywood has confirmed they will be reopening next Wednesday with heightened safety measures and sanitation procedures.

We have confirmed that Chicken Guy! will be part of the initial reopening phase of Disney Springs on May 20.

We spoke with a Joffrey’s representative who confirmed Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Company will be reopening on May 20th from 10AM to 10PM.

We just confirmed that Earl of Sandwich will be reopening in Disney Springs on May 20th.

Wine Bar George
Wine Bar George has confirmed on their website that they intend to reopen May 20th at noon. Their employees will be adhering to even stricter food safety and sanitation standards while all team members will be required to pass a health check before their shift.

For dining room safety procedures, social distancing guidelines will be followed for both indoor and outdoor seating. Place settings, tables, chairs, utensils, and condiments in both dining areas and common areas will be sanitized after each use and all menus will be contactless. Guests will be asked to view menus with their own personal devices and contactless payment will be encouraged but is not required at this time.
We also found that reservations were available for Wine Bar George on May 20th through Open Table.

STK Orlando
We have also received verbal confirmation from STK Orlando that they will be reopening on May 20th. They have not shared specifics on their individual plan for implementing new health and safety precautions at this time, but we will share this information with you guys as soon as it is released.

Disney Springs Restaurants That Will Not Reopen on May 20th (As Of Press Time)
Jaleo
A spokesperson from Jaleo by José Andrés said, “We are working towards a phased reopening of the restaurant once we can ensure it is safe for both our staff and our guests,” and that the restaurant will not be reopening May 20th.

And while Jaleo is currently accepting reservations starting June 1st, they haven’t announced a reopening date.
Raglan Road Irish Pub
After speaking with a representative from Raglan Road Irish Pub today, we can confirm they are not planning on reopening on May 20th at this time.

Instead, the spokesperson told DFB, “Raglan Road is working on a reopening plan. We look forward to welcoming guests back for our popular brand of Irish food, beverage, and live entertainment when conditions permit us to open our doors with necessary safety measures in place.”
We can say, however, that Raglan Road is included on a list of Disney Springs restaurants currently accepting reservations for June 1st and beyond (and we will update this post if an earlier reopening date is announced).
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Florida Kitchen
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Florida Kitchen does not have plans to re-open on May 20th.

A spokesperson stated “We are excited about the recent announcement from the Walt Disney Company. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Florida Kitchen and Splitsville Luxury Lanes will not re-open on May 20 but look forward to welcoming guests to both locations soon.”
Homecomin’ is also included on the list of Disney Springs restaurants currently accepting reservations for June 1st and beyond. We will keep you posted here if an earlier reopening date is announced.

As mentioned in the statement above, Splitsville Luxury Lanes and restaurant will not open to the public come May 20th.
