IT’S HAPPENING!! Star Wars fans, Boba Fett is BACK!
The last time we saw Boba Fett, the bounty hunter died in Return of the Jedi when he fell into a Sarlacc pit (RIP)…or so we thought.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Boba Fett will be returning to the Star Wars universe in season two of The Mandalorian this fall! And, if that isn’t great enough news, Temuera Morrison will be back again to play character too!
In case you don’t recognize the name, Morrison played Jango Fett in the Attack of the Clones. However, the plot revealed that there was an army being built with secret clones mirrored off Jango (dun dun dun!!!). The real shocker of the film, though, was that Boba Fett was actually a Jango clone who Jango was raising as his son. That’s a pretty weird family tree if you ask us… .
Although Jeremy Bulloch originally played an older Boba Fett, Morrison has voiced both Jango and Boba in numerous Star Wars video games. So, it’s only fitting that he would be returning to the Fett family again in The Mandalorian! Although fans have been speculating that Boba Fett would potentially return to the Star Wars story, The Mandalorian practically gave it away in Chapter Five when you could hear the sound of Boba’s famous spurs during “The Gunslinger.”
Oh, Disney, you really know how to make our Star Wars loving hearts happy!! We can’t wait to see what the show has planned for Boba Fett and the rest of The Mandalorian characters in the next season (and maybe season three).

NC-Dad says
It will be interesting to see the interaction between Boba Fett and Mando, considering Boab Fett isn’t a “real” Mandalorian.
