We just learned today that Disney World is beginning to send surveys to guests with existing reservations — asking which factors influence their decisions to travel. Universal has already sent out similar surveys in the past, but today they sent out a new set of questions.
According to Bay News 9, this new survey focuses on potential reopening scenarios — including various factors on capacity and cost, and how guests would feel about visiting the parks under each case.
The survey provides guests with hypothetical reopening scenarios and requests feedback on various details of the situation. The different scenarios offered differing levels of park capacity, pricing, and in-park offerings. In one example, only one park would be open at a time, and Universal would charge 50% of the admission price.
The survey asked additional questions regarding the individual’s knowledge of the current global health crisis, hypothetical reopening dates (dates in the survey included July 1, August 1, and December 1), and where the individual gets their news concerning the health crisis.
