Disney World recently sent out guest surveys about the parks and announced new precautions for future visitors.
Although Disney World is still closed until further notice, analysts predict the parks could be open as early as July.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, analyst Bernie McTernan from Rosenblatt Securities stated that Disney Would could possibly open in late July.
Shanghai Disneyland plans to reopen this week with queue and ride distancing, new parade procedures, temperature and QR checks, and more. McTernan predicts that if Disney World follows similar guidelines, parks in the U.S. could open later this summer.
Although other analysts have predicted opening dates later in the fall, McTernan’s prediction suggests a July 22nd re-opening date. Disney Springs has started Disney World’s phased reopening with third-party stores and restaurants, but Disney has not released a date for projected park openings.
With no Disney World park opening dates on the calendar just yet, Disney Resort hotels are not listing reservations until July 1st at the earliest. We’ll keep you updated with more information!

We originally schedule a Disney World vacation for the first week of April 2020, but then scheduled for the first week of November 2020. We’re hoping Cirque du Soleil will be back to perform by then. If not, we may consider rescheduling again for April 2021.

I am scheduled to visit July 5-13 with my family, in laws and mom. Seeing as my Father inLaw is older (70s) we are thinking we will put it off but waiting closer to see if it is open and what Disney will use as preventatives.

There are more politics involved in the reopening that there is health concerns. I dont think the resorts will be opening until parks are. We have had our reservations to stay at the Disney Military resort Shades of Green, pushed back three times. But they did take our reservations only to cancel them three times. Now we are set for weekend of10 July.
