Disney Springs will begin a phased reopening of several third-party restaurants and retail locations in Disney World starting tomorrow.
And while we’ve been curious about what to expect at Disney Springs since dining at a few restaurants at Universal Studios’ CityWalk’s which reopened last week, we just received a text message from one of the places we’ll be stopping by tomorrow informing us of some of the changes they will be implementing.
It appears instead of using disposable menus, Wine Bar George will be utilizing a digital menu. You will scan a QR code provided at your table and you will view the menu on your own personal electronic device. This is the text we received this morning:

Wine Bar George will also be checking in all guests with advance dining reservations digitally. Guests should text Wine Bar George once they arrive to be seated. Reservations are currently available on the My Disney Experience app starting the second week of June as well as on OpenTable with times still showing for tomorrow evening as of press time.
Also note, Wine Bar George, The Basket (Wine Bar George’s grab ‘n go counter), and several other Disney Springs restaurants have recently removed several items from their menus. You can check out which items have been removed (as well as a few that have been added) here.
