Thank you for your videos. We have been watching them like crazy for a year and a half as we planned our 20th wedding anniversary. Our trip was planned for late May then rescheduled for June, and then finally July. My dreams were crushed. All of our dinner reservations were canceled, we lost the free meal plan, no character meet and greets, no fireworks, no guaranteed that we could go to the parks even though we had tickets. Now it looks like we will never be able to go again. I was disappointed with Disney’s response. What do I do? I know Disney wants everyone to be safe but I wanted them to be somewhat sympathetic. Even accounted to those that were wanting the magic. I know you can’t do anything but I am sure we are not the only family that had their dreams stomped on.
