If you ordered a Disney face mask, you might be getting it SOON!
At the end of April, Disney released a line of character-themed face masks for pre-order. A variety of designs were made available, including Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel-themed masks!
The masks were available for pre-order on shopDisney.com. If you placed an order, you might be receiving it soon! We placed three pre-orders last month, and we received an email today saying that one of our orders is on the way!
We weren’t able to pull up the tracking information, so we don’t have an expected arrival date yet. Also, it appears that only one of our three orders has been shipped at this point.
But, if you did place a pre-order for a Disney mask, be sure to keep an eye on your email since they have now appeared to have started shipping!

I was in the first round of preorders and bought three different sets for our family. I haven’t heard anything yet.

I placed one order on April 30 for 5 sets and they all shipped Tuesday, but like you, I can’t track the shipping. I placed another order two weeks later and they were saying July 20 for delivery, so I don’t expect to see those for a while.

I placed an order for adult and children sizes when they were first on the site. No confirmation as of today. Any idea how may trace he order. I did not receive a comfy number either.

I ordered 2 sets, different designs and one is shipped and is scheduled for delivery. Hope its not shipped via UPS as they can’t get anything delivered on time. Even before CV-19 hit.

I took my tracking number to USPS and it’s now showing it received pre-shipment information on the 19th. A little more info, but no date to expect them yet.

I have not received any sort of email stating that my order has shipped, however, It looks like they might have shipped my pre-order from April because the amount was deducted from my bank account. I guess it’s the “waiting game”.

Got mine todaY. The designs are adorable, but the straps are to short so none of them fit as expected. There is no stretch to the loops. Going to trim the ear loops offf and seeing elastic to them to make them usable.

Received my 4 pack set and was not happy with them.
Strap for around ear too thick. Washed in cold water as recommended online and laid flat to dry and they shrunk. If I put the mask on it takes my ear and pulls it straight out. Look like Dumbo.
Was not amused after paying over $29.00 which included 6.95 shipping plus tax.
Mailing back but will loose shipping charges and tax of course. So my 19.99 masks minus shipping both ways will net me about $6.00 return. Total waste.

I got mine today. They are terribly uncomfortable. I ordered medium for myself and large for my husband. I can’t even wear the large because the ear straps are so tight. What a HUGE disappointment and waste of money.

Well made, but the ear loops were very badly planned. They either need to be larger or have much more give. I ordered the large, and it’s just barely large enough. Funny, because I sell branded face masks as promotional products and I don’t have these issues with my suppliers – wonder why Disney couldn’t get it right?

My order for masks is over 2 months behind now. Last week I was able to buy at Disney Springs. Disney employees thought we would get them in the mail before they were a available to buy, which was not the case. So disappointed

Have not received my mask yet very disappointed I ordered them so long ago. I have no way to track. Now I’m reading all the comments and it sounds like they’re gonna be really badly made.😷😞

These masks must be coming from China!! I ordered them months ago. Got a tracking number over a week ago, then nothing. But they did take my money. NEVER AGAIN, especially since they appear to be of a poor quality. Shrink. Don’t fit. etc

On June 24, 2020 mailed both mask orders back. Terrible . As of 7/25 not one confirmation of receiving my order. They got my money though.

My masks arrived on Friday 7/24. They appear very well made and they fit perfectly. After reading other reviews I was afraid that I had made a mistake in ordering. Both children and adults tried them on and said they were very comfortable. I washed them according to instructions and found that they did shrink a little. But they contain 2 layers of cotton which usually does shrink somewhat during washing. I gave them a little tug on the mask and on the elastic and they again fit perfectly. Actually they were even more comfortable after being washed. Please disregard my previous review. Except for the long wait I’m very pleased with my 6 new masks. And they were not made in China. 🙂 Thank you.

Bad on Disney..poor customer service and product. Won’t be ordering from Disney online again. Comments are right on about shipping and still haven’t got our order yet . Tracking is terrible.

UPDATE: Although I did like the 2 packages I received, size large, I just discovered that all of the large sizes are not the same size. While they all fit me, only some fit my teen daughter. Even after washing and stretching them out a bit some were well fitting and others were too small. The ties kept pulling off their ears. They needed to be about 1″longer. Strange. If they do fit you they are very comfortable. Three of the masks didn’t fit any of the other children. Too small.

Masks arrived. (6). The ear pieces of the size large are of different sizes. Some fit nicely while some are too small. How does this happen!!! Quality is very nice and comfortable on the masks that fit. The masks with the short ear pieces are really useless. I’ll. try to add some elastic to make the ear pieces a little longer. Disappointed.

I order the star wars facemask around in may its now july 29 2020 I have not got my facemask yet I try calling shop Disney all I get is cast members are busy call back later I try calling early I try calling later in the day I get the same cast members are busy call later plus I try email I got nothing back and it will not let me do off line chat I don’t know what to do if I ever get hold of anyone and if any chance I get my facemask ill will never order anything else from shop Disney again I don’t get to go to Disney often I guess next time I save money up to go again ill get what I want while im there I was going to go this past may but I had to cancel who know when ill be back but when I do ill get what I want plus I even track my order it said no order was shipped what else can I do

I placed my first order on April 30 and go it earlier in July. My second order I placed on May 14 just arrived yesterday, but shipped over a week ago. The tracking isn’t worth bothering with since it never seems to update. Still the quality is off on sizing, ear loops and shrinking. I have given up on them correcting this and moved onto other sources.

I ordered 4 different sets on May 1. My order still shows processing. I emailed ShopDisney regarding my order at the end of July and received a generic response back that due to current issues all orders will be delayed. Nothing specific. Its now been 2 weeks since then and still nothing. My mother ordered several sets the same day and already received hers. This is beyond unacceptable. I’m a frontline healthcare worker but using them for work is a moot point at this stage as I have had to purchase other options. At this point I need them for my daughter who returns to college in 2 weeks.

Ordered mine 4/30/20, 4 sets for my grandson. It’s Aug 11 I write this. Not received a word from Disney. Also contacted ShopDisney directly, generic response email. Checked order status, says “in process.” Realize this product is totally new for their company but their lack of communication is unacceptable. Hopefully won’t be disappointed in quality as several have mentioned and if you Google ‘Disney face masks…’ several negative comments.

*Update*. I received my order but not until calling ShopDisney… the wait on hold was a good 3 hours or more but I was definitely not hanging up! The representative I spoke with told me there had been a problem processing my payment! They had never reached out about the issue and were just letting me sit in limbo. He tried processing my card several times.. we even switched cards.. before he discovered it was an internal software issue with their system and not with my card. After it was fixed I received my masks within 2 weeks.
Yes- they are very cute but yes- they are different sizes. So strange!
