A little over an hour ago, Annual Passholders began receiving emails for the registration of the Disney World reopening Passholder Previews.
Passholders apparently rushed to their accounts to secure their spots for the preview days in Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom on July 9th and 10th. Now, in what feels like no time, BOTH Passholder Preview days are full.
If you attempt to register for the Disney World reopening previews now, you will be directed to this screen that notes “Event Is Full.”
Wow! It seems like the event booked up in almost no time. If you weren’t lucky enough to get a spot at the preview, you’ll have to wait just a few more days to the official reopening so that you can get in.

I never even got the email! If this is how inefficient and unequal Disney is going to be, it really worries me about the safety measures they’re putting into place for the reopening! I’d bet money people are going to be wearing their masks below their nose as they all do when forced to wear a mask. There is going to be a large COVID problem by July 29th in Disney!

I never received the e-mail either and am totally devastated especially since I asked them three times when it would be sent so I wouldn’t be in this situation. I’m on hold to speak to them right now!

I’m in the same boat. No email and I called the VIPaasholder line, DVC and the regular guest services lines multiple times last week and on the weekend 🙁

Update: After being passed around, I was finally able to talk to a cast member that could help. She indicated that the AP preview event e-mails are sent from an entirely different system, and that my account was not set up for some reason. She could not explain why but enrolled my e-mail address. She was also able to manually register me for the upcoming preview event next week since I never received the e-mail (fingers crossed!).

My family and I didn’t receive the emails either and we called several times. Luckily we were able to speak to a few awesome cast members who accommodated us since we had literally been sleeping with the email open just to not miss it. We had this planned as a surprise for someone and thank God we were able to snag some passes since it was Disney’s fault we didn’t receive any notification. We have previously booked previews with no problem but for some reason they explained that an error occurred and that was the big issue. My advice is just call and find out. They are making some exceptions for people and you could get in after all!

I didn’t receive an email. I received a MDExp notification. Got on immediately after receiving the notification. Got the ALREADY FULL message. Not sure how they chose AP emails. I wanted to go so bad 😢

I’m a Disney passholder and I have never gotten anything from them No email has ever come to me. I’m getting really outdone with Disney. All this is crazy ! Just stay closed until we get the vaccine which hopefully is by the end of the year.

I am a Disney pass holder for 5 years, took days off from work, am a hospice nurse, so anticipating the email for the pass holder preview day, waiting and watching…. NOTHING! Disney didn’t care enough to even give me a chance either to get a reservation. So disappointed. Will go to Universal next week instead. Life is too short, we don’t know what tomorrow will bring. I will live my-life to the fullest, be prepared, wear my protective gear and enjoy life with Disney or without.
