Disney World will start reopening its theme parks in a little over a week.
Although vacation planning may look a little bit different right now, guests have been able to make reservations through the Disney Park Pass system to visit the parks. Reservations are now open to resort guests, Annual Passholders, and regular ticket holders so everyone can schedule a time to go back to their favorite park.
And, if you’re looking for a place to stay during your upcoming trip, Annual Passholders can now take advantage of 30% off the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts’ “unrestricted best available rates” the next time they stay at one of the hotels!
Passholders can either call the resorts directly or visit the Swan and Dolphin website to make a reservation for July 29th and beyond (since that’s when the resort will reopen to guests). If a guest goes to the website, they can choose the Special Rates drop-down menu, select “Promo,” and enter the code QWH for the Passholder discount.
However, guests will need to bring a valid Disney World Annual Pass with them to present at check-in to redeem the discounted rate at the resorts. Although other Disney Resorts will be re-opening soon, this is a great option for Annual Passholders who are Florida residents looking for a getaway or Passholders who just want to snag a deal on accommodations!
As Disney World gets ready to reopen here shortly on July 11th and July 15th, we will take you with us live to the parks as we go back to the “Most Magical Place on Earth.” In the meantime, you can take a look at everything happening at the newly re-opened Disney Resorts (and even see Mickey!!).
Here’s everything you need to know about Disney World’s Annual Passholder Previews!

Thank you SO much for posting this!!! I was just looking at this resort 2 days ago but opted out because I didn’t want to pay it. Since the price was knocked down by about $400 for me with the discount , I booked it! I’m so excited. I would t have known if you didn’t post this. Thanks again! ❤️

Just used the code to adjust an August reservation. Saved over $300.00. FYI. Had to call, website would not let me complete the change. TY

What is your recommendation on booking a reservation for the Food and Wine run? Should I book a resort now or is it too late?
DFB Sarah says
Cathy, new Resort reservations for 2020 have been suspended, but they’re expected to reopen “later this summer”.

I am curious how people made their AP Discounted reservations for Swan or Dolphin? Sounds as though most did it thru a modification. However, even as a passholder making a new reservation entering the code would not be recognized. I callled the number and the CM said not available yet. Thus, curious if anyone was able in 2020 to make this AP reservation there. And, how did you secure it?
