Disney World Annual Passholders have a few more days to decide whether or not they’d like to cancel their passes.
While the Disney World parks have now reopened, there are a number of new processes in place that make the park-going experience different than it was pre-closure — including the high-demand Disney Park Pass reservations which are required for entry. In light of the unprecedented situation, Disney World Annual Passholders have been given the option to cancel their Annual Passes.
The final day for Annual Passholders to opt into the cancellation is August 11th, and canceled passes will no longer be valid beginning on August 12th. With the cancellation deadline approaching, Disney World Annual Passholders have received an email clarifying the options, including a link to the policy that shows how refunds will be calculated.
The email also reminds Passholders that they have until midnight EDT on August 11th to make the decision to cancel. Those who wish to keep their Annual Passes don’t need to take any further action.
The previous email sent on July 14th has instructions for those who wish to cancel their passes. For further assistance, Annual Passholders are advised to call the support line at 407-939-7277.
