Magic Kingdom has received an ooky-spooky makeover today!
It’s the most frightful time of the year and Magic Kingdom has risen to the occasion with all sorts of celebrations! Of course, those iconic Mickey pumpkins are back on Main Street but that’s not all of the Halloween fun. We’re taking a look at this year’s Halloween entertainment!
Mickey and Friends
Walking in we got to wave at some of our favorite Disney characters wearing some ADORABLE Halloween costumes.
Is there a better way to be welcomed into the Magic Kingdom? Probs not.

Oh, and Pluto is dressed as a silly lion! SO cute!
Daisy is wearing a very fashionable witch outfit. And, get this, Mickey and Friends are accompanied by Cast Members in costume from the Boo to You Parade that usually runs during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! That’s Sugar Rush Racer Candlehead who usually accompanies the Vanellope float!
Some are looking quite spooky in their frightful or pirate-y costumes, while others have looks inspired by treats with the Sugar Rush costumes!
Is that a gravedigger we see? Typically these dancing fellows are one of our favorite parts of the Halloween parade so we’re pumped to see them represented at the entrance. We also noted that this is the first time we’ve seen an African American Taffyta Muttonfudge, and we must say she’s looking sweet as can be!!
Pooh and Friends
The next Halloween entertainment we saw was the Pooh and Friends Halloween Cavalcade that runs down Main Street.
All of our sweet Hundred Acre Wood pals are dressed for the occasion with costumes of their own!

Tigger would fit right into Adventureland in his fun pirate costume. As for Winnie the Pooh, what better costume than a bee? Bears and bees both love hunny! Although, at first glance, we thought that our stuffed-with-fluff friend was going as his best friend Tigger (which might have been even cuter).
But the award for best costume in this cavalcade DEFINITELY goes to Eeyore! This guy is bringing us Sad Clown vibes and we LOVE him for it.
Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade
We’re not going to lie, we FREAKED out when we saw the SURPRISE Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade start to run down the street.
This Tim Burton-y float is so spooky and SO perfect for the season.

Hey, Jack!
Sally is seriously bringing the Halloween looks. Such an icon!
And of course, Oogie Boogie is making an appearance too. Don’t get too frightened, but if you do we won’t blame you!
Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade
We were psyched to spot the Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade which is basically a mini version of Mickey’s Not So Scary’s Boo to You Parade.
This cavalcade features the same welcoming committee we saw at the train station this morning with Mickey and Friends plus personalities from the Boo to You Parade. You can spot some pirates, a gravedigger, and even some Sugar Rush Racers!
It was even accompanied by the Boo to You music!

If we’re going to run into a vampire at any point, we would definitely prefer it to be Mickey!
Donald and Daisy are hanging out on the back of the float. Look, their costumes match!
Disney Villains Cavalcade
Of course, Halloween is a time for villains. We knew as soon as we saw Gaston strolling down Main Street that it was time for the Disney Villains Cavalcade.
As a note, we saw this Cavalcade later in the day too and Gaston had picked up his horse!
This is the most dastardly cavalcade of all. Run and hide! It’s the Queen of Hearts!
Plus, Captain Hook and even Bowler Hat Guy made an appearance!
But the centerpiece of this cavalcade is with the evil folks riding along in the float.

The Evil Queen brings up the rear, casting spells on the crowd in front of her magic mirror. So scary!
Chip & Dale
Over in Frontierland, Chip & Dale are looking SO cute in their skeleton costumes as they float by on a raft.
