The Disney World park hours have been changing a lot in recent weeks.
Overall, the hours were shortened coming into September with Disney announcing an extension for select parks coming in November. Additionally, we spotted small hours extensions in Animal Kingdom and EPCOT this Saturday and just Animal Kingdom on Sunday. Now, the rest of the parks are following suit.
When we checked in on park hours this morning, we noticed that all four of the Disney World theme parks — Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios — will be open one or two hours longer than usual September 25th, 26th, and 27th.
Magic Kingdom is typically open from 9AM to 6PM, but will remain open until 7PM this weekend. EPCOT is typically open from 11AM to 7PM, but will remain open through 9PM. Hollywood Studios is typically open from 10AM to 7PM, but will be open through 8PM. And Animal Kingdom is typically open 9AM to 5PM and will instead be open 8AM to 6PM.
We have seen in increase in crowds on the weekends in Disney World so it’s possible that that demand has been part of the reason for the extension. Stay tuned to DFB for the latest updates!

That stinks. Of course, almost through with 10 days of short hours. They’re doing a really lousy job at this.
If anyone hasn’t been to WDW or you’re taking your children for the first time, I strongly recommend spending the money. I have been over 70 times. The limited hours are not worth the price of a ticket and significantly limited attractions/encounters/shows. Most menus at every single restaurant are extremely limited.
For those staying at resorts, they’re leaving a voicemail asking guests to use their own transportation also.
Besides all the mask rules. Those are the EASY things.
