There’s a new way to wait for your favorite attractions coming soon to Disneyland Paris.
You may remember when Shanghai Disneyland implemented the new Disney Standby Pass shortly after reopening to help with physical distancing. Now, Disneyland Paris is following suit as the Virtual Queue Disney Standby Pass arrives in the European parks next month.
Disneyland Paris has announced that beginning October 6th, guests will need to book a Standby Pass to access more popular attractions (including the Ratatouille attraction) during certain hours of the day. This is in an effort to respect physical distancing and can be done via the mobile app.
As we’ve seen in Shanghai, the Standby Pass allows guests to make an online reservation for a participating attraction with a specific time frame selected. During these certain hours, the Disney Standby Pass is the only way to access select attractions. The Disneyland Paris pass may work the same way.
According to the Disneyland Paris website, the Standby Pass will be utilized for the following attractions:
In Disneyland Park
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant
- Peter Pan’s Flight
- Big Thunder Mountain
- Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain
- Autopia
In Walt Disney Studios Park:
- The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
- Crush’s Coaster
- Ratatouille: The Adventure
