Whether you’re snagging a Dole Whip or treating yourself to as many Mickey treats as your heart desires, Mobile Order is the real MVP when it comes to getting yourself a quick snack in the parks.
Recently, Disney has decided to extend Mobile Order to select table-service restaurants in the parks and resorts. Until today, Sanaa was the only place you can get food to-go from a table-service location. But, it looks like you’ll be able to enjoy more of your favorite table-service eats and treats without having to stop and dine at the restaurants!
Along with Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, a location at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has also joined the Mobile Order list. Guests are now able to use My Disney Experience app to place an order at the Kona Cafe to get their meals to-go.
The majority of the menu is available for all three meals of the day with breakfast from 7:30AM to 11AM (Hey, Tonga Toast!), lunch from 11:30AM to 2PM, and dinner from 5PM to 9PM.
After guests choose an arrival window and their meals, they head to Kona Cafe to receive their Mobile Orders. If you’re looking for a way to chill out after a long day in the parks, the table-service option to go is a great way to relax with a delicious meal. Plus, who wouldn’t want to eat a Kona Cafe sushi roll in bed or on a comfy couch?
Here’s everything you need to know about Table-Service Mobile Order in Disney World!

Can we do a mobile order to go at a resort we are not staying at for pick up?
Kelly M. says
I am SO happy about this! We already plan to only do takeout/mobile on our next visit and opt-out of any indoor dining options so this is fantastic news!
DFB Sarah says
Margaret, yes.

I was infuriated yesterday at the Kona Cafe. We had reservations . We showed up on time. We went to check in and were told we had to check in on the mobile device. I am now annoyed; you are the hostess-I’m paying YOU to check ME in. I scan the QR code and click on the link. It won’t let me check in. NOPE. (Mind you, at this point, a couple of other parties are struggling through the process.)
Before I can check in, I have to change the settings in my phone. Specifically , I need to enable the GPS in order to check in. What in the world? I am here I SCANNED IN WITH THE QR CODE AT THE RESTAURANT, DIDNT I?????
I dont want to change the settings in my phone some can check in. I am beyond annoyed now – too anoyex to eat. We left.
