Yes over the years WDW has listened to guests (but the number of times over the many years has not been often). Lay offs r inevitable now (as reported) but two things that hopefully will return now are fastpasses and luggage retrieval with magical express. Guests must express their opinions regarding these two. One will definitely be affected by staffing issues and possible exposure. Many folks have expressed that they are waiting for “fastpass” to return, as WDW “wait times” are getting longer now. The luggage service is definitely a “selling point” for WDW. Hopefully……
