RED ALERT! Yesterday, we shared that another booth would be opening at the 2020 Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! So, of course we made our way to EPCOT to check it out.
Chocolate Studio Booth
But, when we arrived, it was not at all what we expected!
Last year, this booth was the spot for the Chocolate Studio, which served up a Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey-Caramel and a Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart with Whipped Cream. But, this booth has left its chocolatey days behind (somewhat), and has now been transformed into the WAFFLES BOOTH!

The menu features a Belgian Waffle served with Warm Chocolate Ganache and Whipped Cream and a Belgian Waffle served with Berry Compote and Whipped Cream!Â

This was one of my favorites from years past. I’m really glad we will be there on Monday and it should be open for the holiday. Too bad they aren’t considering Florida Residents with the Weekday pass when they only open some of these kitchens on weekends.
