While your list is very good, you omitted in my opinion one thing everybody should do at least once, which is go to a dinner show. Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue, Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, or Mickeys Backyard BBQ. they are a great time for the whole family, and the possibility for participation in the show is unforgettable.
I cannot get the top 50nthings you must do at Disney. I have signed up for this site awhile ago.
