Halloween is always a fun time to visit Magic Kingdom in Disney World!
And we had another fun day of shopping, eating (of course!), and enjoying a spooky Rainy Day Cavalcade! And we just had to bring you along!
Entrance
We started by getting all giddy as we drove through the Magic Kingdom gates. It gets us EVERY TIME!
And in case you haven’t noticed, they’ve been repainting the sign! It’s getting a little update for the 50th Anniversary next year!
OK time to head in to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Main Street, U.S.A.
It took us a while to actually get through the gate this morning, but once we were through, we were home! But first — coffee! Main Street Bakery, though, had a pretty long line.

As always, though, we stopped to admire the beauty that is Cinderella Castle — seriously, it never gets old!
We just have nothing but lots of happy sighs here.

Fantasyland and Tomorrowland
Over in Fantasyland, we checked out the line at Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Yeah, it was pretty long, but that’s been pretty regular on weekends in the parks. Wait time here was about 75 minutes!

So instead of mining, we decided to FLY! At least via make believe on Peter Pan’s Flight! Even though we’ve been on this attraction MANY times, flying over London is still so magical every time!

We popped on over to Tomorrowland to get a peek at the construction on TRON Lightcycle Run. It’s getting there!

We CANNOT wait for this attraction to finally open!

Character Cavalcades
We were surprised by a Spooky Rainy Day Nightmare Before Christmas Cavalcade, where we noticed that Jack and Sally had added some new accessories to their wardrobe, thanks to the weather.

A very ROYAL Cavalcade met us later on Main Street. It was a Rainy Day Cavalcade with the Disney Princesses! Seriously, what’s better than a bus full of Disney Princesses?

While the Princess Bus rolled by, we looked up and saw some old familiar friends, too — Mickey, Minnie, and the gang!

Although things have changed in the parks since Disney World’s reopening, we’ve really been enjoying seeing the character cavalcades and having these new kinds of interactions!

We’re pretty lucky to have the best work office in the world — we wouldn’t trade this view for anything! Just one more walk down Main Street… .
We couldn’t ask for a better office. pic.twitter.com/NOesxFdGy1

As you can see, we didn’t let a little bit of rain spoil our fun (and neither did the characters). We’ll be bringing you even more photos and videos from the parks, so stay tuned!

I’m supposed to be there in three days – what kind of waits are there generally? This was a “last min” trip, haven’t had time to fastpass anything, schedule anything but a few dinners.
Catlady says
Thank you so much for such a happy report!
The world is sad and demoralising enough at the moment we need HAPPINESS. We really don’t need all the negative comments that people keep leaving. Why people insist on being so negative and are so anti Disney and all their attempts to make a world wide, truly horrible situation as lovely at it possibly can be, simply baffles me.
So Thank you Robin, AJ, Sarah and all the other lovely reporters there at DFB. Keep on with the happy reports. You have become my happy place! (So envious of your ‘office!)

Catlady, thank you for your kind note!
