After months of closures and shifted reopening dates, we’ve finally got a solid date of return for one of Disney World’s most beloved value resorts!
All Star Movies Resort
To date, only Disney’s Pop Century resort has reopened in Disney World’s value resort tier after months of closure due to the impact of COVID-19 on Disney’s parks and resorts. While we do have a November 1st reopening date for the mostly-family-suites Art of Animation Resort, we didn’t have any details about the All-Star Resorts on property.
Today, Disney quietly dropped the good news — along with several hotel discounts — that All-Star Movies Resort will be reopening on February 9th, 2021!

If your staying at the Disney resorts what type of transportation is available ? Is it only the bus or is the boats open or the Skyliner.
Tammy, buses and Skyliner are running. The Magic Kingdom Monorail is running. Some boats at select Resorts are running. You can check on specific Resorts here.
Does anyone know when the meal plans will return?
We just checked out of the Pop Century yesterday and the bus service and skyliner were running. The only one that caused us to have to wait was taking the skyliner to Hollywood studios in the morning. We rode from the pop century to the next station where we had to get off and get in line for Hollywood studios but the line was so long we walked across the street and called a Lyft. We didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes for a bus. They are running a ton of buses because they are limiting the capacity so much.
Are the ASM rooms available to be booked now?
Do you no when Disney all star sports will be open because we have booked my next Disney holiday in January 2021 thank you
