Disney Springs is full of places to grab a sweet treat.
Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC
One of our favorites is Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC, which is a vegan and gluten-free bakery! When we stopped by, we saw a treat we just had to have…the Churros and Chocolate Cupcake!
This bakery originated in New York City, but we are so glad they opened up a location down in Disney Springs! Although there were several delicious looking pumpkin treats, we couldn’t pass up a chocolate and churro combination.

This cupcake is a cinnamon sugar cupcake with chocolate filling, and topped with chocolate, frosting, and a little churro. What a combo!

Not only is this cupcake adorable, but it was quite delicious! The cake is super light and moist and the chocolate filling really adds to that! The cinnamon sugar is a light flavor that matches nicely with the rich chocolate. We love that this is an innovative alternative to dipping your Disney churro in chocolate sauce!

Overall, this was a great little treat. It is a flavor combination we don’t see that often in a cupcake! We love visiting this bakery and haven’t found a treat here we don’t like. Everything in their bakery is allergy friendly, so this is a great, safe place to visit if you have allergies. We will continue to update you on the latest treats around Disney World!
