Back at the beginning of October, Disneyland Paris implemented the Virtual Queue Disney Standby Pass.
Just over a week later, the Standby Pass system was temporarily paused in order to improve the experience for guests. And now, the Standby Pass has made it’s way to Disneyland Paris…again!
Disneyland Paris announced that the Standby Pass experience would be back up and running for guests to use on October 27th. This pass system is essentially the cousin of the FastPass+ system over in Disney World. It allows guests to wait in a line virtually and helps with crowd control.
To start, the Standby Pass will only be in use for two of the theme parks’ attractions, and if all goes well, they will add more to the list. Disney mentions that only guests with Standby Passes are allowed to access those attractions if the parks are busy.
We are hoping this second try will go smoothly for the Disneyland Standby Pass experience! We will continue to look out for the latest news regarding Disneyland Paris.
