There’s a reason Magic Kingdom has the word “Magic” in its name, because it REALLY IS MAGIC; especially considering that it has literally gone from Halloween decorations to full-on holiday decorations OVERNIGHT.
You can’t help but crack a smile when you walk in and see all the colorful decor. And we spent a day there just enjoying the views, riding attractions, and getting showered (literally — it did start raining) with the holiday spirit!
And we’re bringing you along with us because we have SO many photos and videos to share with you of our day. And as we mentioned, it started by gawking over the holiday decorations.

The Disney holiday magic is out in full force!!!
We couldn’t help but be joyful seeing Magic Kingdom’s giant Christmas tree!

The holidays WERE everywhere, and we were LOVING it. It just warms the heart!
Everything is just so merry and bright!
We even felt the holiday vibe INSIDE the shops!

Just insert a lot of very happy holiday sighs here.

After we checked out the holiday decorations, we saw Mickey and Pluto on Main Street waiting to greet us, and they were in a festive mood, too!

But SOMEONE is missing. Where’s Goofy? Well, it turns out that he starred in his own Goofy-themed Holiday Character Cavalcade today with some of his friends!

But it just gets better, because the Cadaver Dans have retired for the season and the Dapper Dans have returned to their LIVE selves. We could listen to them sing ALL DAY LONG.

Even Chip and Dale came out to say hello!

After enjoying all the fun on Main Street, we wandered over to Adventureland. But wait…WHAT IS THIS? Did we just see…? YES, WE SAW THAT THE JINGLE CRUISE HAS RETURNED! Um…we IMMEDIATELY jumped in line.
And then we heard Christmas music playing there! Disney World has gone ALL in on the holidays and WE ARE HERE FOR IT.

The Jingle Cruise was as punny as ever! We love the holiday dialogue the skippers incorporate into their usual spiel.

We are so happy to see Jingle Cruise returning to the park this year!

That surprise was followed by another! Although character meet and greets are a LOT different right now, we always love seeing the Disney Princesses out and about. And we spotted Rapunzel at Fairy Tale Hall waving at guests from a safe distance.

We see you peeking at us, Rapunzel!
She also twirled a lot, as princesses do. If we were in that big dress, we’d be twirling, too!

After practicing our princess twirls with Punzie, we took a moment to just stare at Cinderella Castle. We’ve seen it a million times, but this view never gets old. We’re also still loving the new paint job! And yes, it’s been decked out for the holidays, too!
Then it was time for ANOTHER character cavalcade. This time it was Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto! The Halloween costumes are gone, but they’re getting in on the holiday spirit.

All this holiday stuff has us thinking about how we want to decorate our tree this year. So we popped into Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe and saw some very pretty ornaments that can be personalized!
With some of our holiday decor shopping done, we thought we would add a little thrill into our day by hopping into line for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. The wait time said 40 minutes, BUT WE ONLY WAITED 10. Disney Magic, y’all. Actually, we’re seeing this a lot lately: ride times often seem over-exaggerated.

After our exciting ride on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, the sun began to set and we just had to take in the nighttime glory of Main Street.
