Quite a lot of news has been released lately about Disney Springs!
Just today, we heard about a revamped holiday scavenger hunt, holiday entertainment, and a Santa watercade(!) coming soon to this spot, as well as a one store closure. But wait, there’s more! Especially if you’re looking for gift ideas for yourself or others, you’ll definitely want to check out all of the awesome, new merchandise we spotted during our last trip to Disney Springs!
Merchandise Updates
World of Disney
First, let’s head over to World of Disney (a store big enough to TOTALLY get lost in) and see what new things we spotted. One strange thing we noticed is that we were routed a rather unique way back near Basin to get to the line to get into the store.
And, as the picture makes clear, we were NOT the only ones waiting to get into World of Disney that afternoon.
But, after a few minutes of waiting, we made our way into Disney merch paradise!
If you’ve LOVE the shoulder plush trend, then you absolutely MUST see this new Forky shoulder plush! He is most certainly not trash in our eyes! That, or he’s the most adorable piece of trash we’ve ever worn.
He sits on your shoulder guys!! Like, what more could you want?! In your head, it can be Forky Asks a Question 24/7!
Check out our full post about the Forky shoulder plush here!
If you’re still in the spooky season mood, then you’ll love that the Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Haunted Mansion collection was also available in World of Disney!
There were limited quantities of several items from the collection available, including the Minnie ears and plush. We expect that this will be snatched up very quickly though, so be sure to ask for it the next time you’re there but don’t be surprised if it’s all already gone to regions beyond.
Click here to see what items were still available when we visited!
Is your mask collection in need of an update? Don’t worry — Disney has you covered! While we were in World of Disney we spotted some of the newer mask designs (on that new fabric) available there. There was a Buzz Lightyear design…
…a Coco one…
…a Jack Skellington mask, and more!

If you were a big fan of the tie dye spirit jersey or are looking for something to go with your new tie dye Mickey mask, then you’ll love these new-to-us tie dye Disney items! We found a very colorful Tie Dye Shirt with Mickey front and center for $36.99…
…a darker colored shirt with a tie dye feature on the side for $36.99…
…and a Tie Dye Hoodie with Walt Disney World on the front…
…and more tie dye features in the back for $44.99.
Finally, if you’re looking for a way to give back to others this holiday season, we saw a sign in World of Disney announcing that Disney will be donating $1 to Toys for Tots for every new, unwrapped toy you donate at a World of Disney store or online through December 13th.
We also saw a bin in the store where you can donate a new, unwrapped toy.
So, you can do a bit of shopping for yourself in World of Disney, and a bit of shopping for others as well.
D-Tech on Demand
Next, let’s venture over to Marketplace Co-Op and stop by D-Tech on Demand to see if anything new has popped up! Has another day truly passed if you haven’t seen at least 1 new Baby Yoda merchandise item? We say no, and our recent trip to Disney Springs gave us even MORE Baby Yoda merchandise to love!
While we were at D-Tech we spotted some NEW Baby Yoda Holiday Magnets! There’s this one that says “Rolling Through the Snow” (we see what you did there Disney) for $14.99…
…and another one featuring the always adorable Baby Yoda making a snow angel!
But that’s not all! We had already seen some Baby Yoda holiday phone cases in EPCOT, but we also found this “Tis the Season for the Bounty” case in Disney Springs! We SO LOVE that the Mandalorian helmet is being used as the snowman head. And just look at how proud Baby Yoda looks of his creation. It’s almost too much holiday happiness to handle!
There were a number of other holiday phone cases available as well including one with that Disney Parks holiday pattern.
We also saw that holiday snacks phone case again, which just keeps making us hungry!
As we were looking through the customization screens, we also found this Season’s GROOTINGS holiday phone case. We could not be happier with these festive puns.
You can use the customization screens at D-Tech to add your name or other text and make your case unique!
But, if you’re more of a MagicBand collector, then you’ll want to check out the holiday MagicBands we spotted! There was a Mickey Gingerbread Man MagicBand, one featuring Mickey and friends dressed in their holiday best, and a Happy Holidays design (and of course a cute, non-holiday specific Baby Yoda one as well).
Again, you can head to the customization stations to get a better view of these and make them your own. We love this one featuring stockings themed to some of the fab 5!
The price for a standard phone case from D-Tech is $29.99, with specialty phone cases costing $34.99, and personalizations priced at $5.00. You can see the prices for the customized and personalized MagicBands and the phone cases in the photo below.
Uniqlo
Finally, we ended our Disney Springs trip with a visit to Uniqlo. It seems there’s always something cool to see here! During our most recent stop at this store, we spotted a whole NEW Disney Princess Songs Collection celebrating some of our favorite princesses and their signature songs.
For the adults, there were shirts in sizes XS to XL for $14.90. We spotted quite a few designs including this “Part of Your World” shirt…
…a Rapunzel one…
…and this great Beauty and the Beast shirt!
But, Jasmine fans, don’t worry! You haven’t been left out! We also found this great design featuring Jasmine and Aladdin riding away on their magic carpet…
…that had this great design on the back with some of the lyrics from the song. Try to read it without singing — we couldn’t!
There was also a Little Mermaid “Life is the Bubbles” shirt…
…with another back design featuring more lyrics.
If you want to get some princess song shirts for your kids, they have those too for $9.90.
We spotted an Ariel design that reminds us…
…life is the bubbles under the sea!
There was also a Rapunzel design…
…a Beauty and the Beast shirt…
…and an adorable Jasmine shirt!
And finally, there were dresses for kids for $14.90. There was a beautiful Ariel design…
…one for princesses who feel like they’re ready to take on any adventure (with a frying pan and a trusty friend of course)…
…and one for princesses who dream of visiting a whole new world.
These shirts are all AWESOME and relatively inexpensive. If you’ve got a group of friends who LOVE the Disney princesses, these could make great gifts.
Well, that’s all from us for now from Disney Springs! As always, we’ll keep visiting the Disney parks and looking out for all the latest news, so be sure to come back for more updates.
