We recently hopped into our favorite Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow to check out all of the newest arrivals! We couldn’t help but notice one of the newest changes was the WEATHER. It was actually chilly enough to spot Alice in her caplet!
Let’s see what else we discovered on our latest trip to EPCOT!
EPCOT Construction Updates
One of the first updates we noticed was a slight change in the overhead announcement! All of the information was the same, but the voice was different!

Luckily this downtime is only scheduled to last through November 6th, so we’ll be back on and sailing off to Arendelle in no time!

EPCOT Food Updates
We noticed on our most recent trip to EPCOT that the holiday drinks are starting to arrive at Joffrey’s! You can find seasonal beverages such as their Peppermint Mocha Latte or the White Chocolate Gingerbread Latte! If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even add in some extra holiday “spirits,” if you catch our drift. Â
We also spotted the “Happy Snowman,” which you can purchase with or without alcohol!
We won’t lie, the arrival of holiday drinks is almost as exciting as the arrival of the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Almost.

Speaking of special holiday beverages, we stopped by La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico Pavilion and tried their limited-time DÃa de los Muertos Margarita!Â
Not only was this a tasty beverage, but the presentation of the drink was in an of itself a total experience!
Unfortunately this margarita was pretty exclusive and was only available on November 2nd! We hope it returns next year! While the Mexico Pavilion had a very limited-time item available, we picked up an item in the China Pavilion that’s actually been around for a while!
We’ve been eyeing the Honey Butter Chips for quite some time and we finally took the plunge! Friends, these chips are DELICIOUS! Definitely give them a try next time you’re in the China Pavilion!
We may have found our new go-to snack to munch on while we stroll around World Showcase!

EPCOT Merchandise Updates
Mouse Gear
In Mouse Gear, we came across the new fuzzy sweatshirt collection, just in time to keep us extra warm as the days and nights become a bit cooler!
We also found new holiday masks! These masks are made of that new material that everyone seems to enjoy MUCH more than the first type of fabric Disney was using.
That new fabric must cost Disney a pretty penny, because the price for their face masks SKYROCKETED from $6.00 a mask to $9.99 each plus tax!
Once we picked ourselves up from off the floor after collapsing over those new face mask prices, we found a couple of new sweatshirts! We spotted this adorable Minnie sweatshirt for $52.99.
We also found a fun Pizza Planet sweatshirt, also retailing for $52.99 at Mouse Gear!
With the weather starting to turn, we’re always glad to see more cold weather gear arrive in the parks!

Norway
Next, it was time to head into World Showcase to check out the merchandise scene! The Norway Pavilion had a few fun Frozen-inspired ornaments.
This Olaf glass ornament (featuring a little bit of Gale!) retails for $26.99
This Elsa ornament sings “Into the Unknown” and retails for $24.99
If you haven’t guessed already, our Christmas tree is about to become filled with Disney ornaments.

Annual Passholder Pop-Up Shop
The temporary Annual Passholder Pop-Up Shop has a new Merry and Bright collection for AP’s to scoop up!
The Annual Passholder-exclusive items have been rotating in and out on a pretty regular basis, so if you want to collect everything this store has to offer, you’ll need to check back regularly!

Canada
Last but certainly not least, we checked on the Canada Pavilion to see if we could spot any new merchandise. We found this spirit jersey that retails for $64.99.
The sleeves might be our favorite part! It features all of Canada’s provinces!
We may or may not have immediately added this spirit jersey to our holiday gift wish list.

Sarah says
Any insight to the fabric on the new masks? I’ve been reading reviews on Shop Disney that they are just 2 layers of polyester (which acc to CDC is not as safe as if the inner layer was cotton). The originals were cotton/poly so it surprises me that they’d make less safe masks and hike the price. I don’t suppose any wearers of the new masks have insight on fabric? I know we all cut out that pesky tag pretty fast. Thanks in advance!
