Earlier today, we saw some menu changes coming to Carthay Circle in Disney’s California Adventure.
The restaurant is scheduled to open on November 19th when the park opens up to guests as a shopping area. But now, the full menu has been released for the soon-to-be reopened restaurant!
We noticed that the menu has been updated in the Disneyland app, but not yet on the Disneyland website. The menu is broken up into several named sections. The first section is called Act I and contains several appetizer-style dishes like scallops, spring rolls, and soup.
Act II consists of main entrees including pasta, salmon, lamb, and a fish of the day. These range from $20-$26 in price.
In Act III, you can see several dessert options from a pumpkin ice cream sundae to an artisan selected cheese board.
The kid’s menu is made of classic kid’s items like cheese quesadillas and some unique items like Orange Dragon Chicken Skewers. The kid’s dessert menu contains one item: the hazelnut crunch Mickey pop.
The list of this location’s signature cocktails is called “The Classics.” There are several cocktails from mai tais to daiquiris. If you couldn’t tell from the name, these are several classic cocktails.
Another section of alcoholic beverages features drinks from “The Golden Age.” This section of the menu features the Scotch Mist, which is labeled as “Walt’s drink of choice.”
The next round of drinks are called “The Ensemble Cast.” This features some of the most common drinks like an old fashioned, gin and tonic, and a mojito.
And the last set of drinks on the menu is the “Curtain Call.” These include coffee-based adult beverages with different types of cream liquor. These drinks are known to wrap-up your meal, hence the name of this section.
The menu also features a lengthy selection of wines. Wines are available by the glass or by the bottle from several different wineries.
And the menu offers several brew options by the bottle including ales and IPAs.
The “Matinee Features” include even MORE unique drink options like Rose Petal Soda and Wildberry Lemonade.
We are so excited to dine at Carthay Circle with the new Alfresco dining, especially with this new menu! We will continue to keep you updated on the latest news with Disney restaurant menu changes.
