It’s time to haul out the holly, because it’s Christmas season at Walt Disney World!

We’ve seen decorations at all four of the theme parks and several resorts so far, including: Wilderness Lodge, the Grand Floridian, and Bay Lake Tower! Now we have three more resorts to add to that list: Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. We stopped by to check out their festive additions, and now we’ve got all the pics to share with you!
Disney’s Contemporary Resort
First up, we have Disney’s Contemporary Resort! The holiday fun starts before you even enter the hotel, with these beautiful garlands strung on the awning outside.

Even the signs got a festive makeover here, with green and gold foliage to spruce things up.

There were holiday wreaths hung on many of the walls to provide some extra detail. We really love the gold accents on this one!

One of our favorite details was this gingerbread model of the Contemporary! It’s even got a white chocolate monorail!

Upstairs at Contempo Cafe, you can buy the kit to make your own gingerbread model — the monorail is included!

Getting back to the resort decorations, there was garland strung across the check-in area to make sure that guests get into the holiday spirit as soon as they arrive!

There were no gigantic trees at this resort, but we did spot a few regular-sized ones.

The detail on these is simply amazing! They match with the resort theming and look gorgeous while doing it!

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
Next up, we have Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa!

The outdoor pillars leading to the lobby all have these very classy wreath-like hangings. They really set the tone for the decorations on the inside!

In here, we saw lots of reds and greens (very classic!), and LOTS of Christmas trees. Since they don’t have a big tree, they added several smaller ones around the main building.

The garland hanging above the check-in desk matched the trees perfectly.

Every corner seems to have some kind of decoration, they really went all out!

The ornaments on the trees really fit with the equestrian vibe of this resort. Many of them looked similar to this one!

There’s a glimpse of Christmas no matter where you go! Even in this quiet spot away from the main lobby.

Saratoga Springs definitely had a very classic holiday theme, which is very different than the vibe we got from the next resort!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
The other resort we checked out was Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort! The main building was decked out in lots of tropical holiday fun!

Their decorations feature vibrant colors and beautiful florals — exactly what you’d expect from the Caribbean.

The trees were decorated to match, with all kinds of foliage sticking out of the top!

We love the way that they match with the island color scheme of the resort. It all meshes very well!

Even the gift shop was donning its holiday best! There was a tree with the merchandise display and garland hanging from the ceiling.

Well there you have it! TONS more holiday decorations at the Walt Disney World Resort hotels! Each resort has its own unique theme, and they decorate for Christmas to match! We will continue to look out for the latest holiday decor around Disney World!

When did the grand Floridian tree go up because we were there Wednesday night and there wasn’t a Christmas tree up??!!
Awesome… what about the big tree out front in the courtyard… I have great pictures over the years. I will be that no one remembers when they used to alternate red and green lights between the rooms on the outside of the tower. (Now it’s is white lights).
