Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, AND Avengers Campus?! Y’all, there has been SO MUCH Disney news happening today, we can hardly wrap our heads around it.
However, Disney also just dropped some huge news about the shows and performers that have been canceled or let go in the parks currently.
During the IAAPA Expo today, the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products Chairman Josh D’Amaro provided multiple details about how the Disney Parks will continue to change soon. While there was a discussion about many of the new experiences that are going to entertain guests, D’Amaro also noted that past shows are set to return in the future.
He stated that “We’ve heard from many of our guests that they’re looking forward to us bringing back some of the entertainment that we recently had to discontinue, and we plan to do that.” While he didn’t provide specific details of which entertainment would be returning, we’ve recently seen shows and performers like the Citizens of Hollywood, Finding Nemo: The Musical, Monsters Inc: Laugh Floor, and more canceled at this time.
Disney is still moving forward with its layoffs of 28,000 Cast Members, so there aren’t details about when or what canceled entertainment could return. However, we’ll be sure to provide you with all the information that you need to know!

Citizens of Hollywood. Dapper Dan’s. Hoop de do review. In fact all live action performances that make the parks unique, and reinstate the band that played in the Grand Floridian.

I would love to see the Mulan Parade again. First seen on Easter Sunday 1999 at the MGM Studios as they were then on our first ever family trip to Florida from UK. That Parade and Fantasmic captivated my family and cemented our love of Disney World. Cant wait until we get back next October parks already booked. Keep up the good work with all of this fab info.
