Disneyland Paris has been pretty significantly impacted by the closure of the parks.
Though the resort remains closed for a second time since the beginning of the global pandemic, work has continued on the postponed Disney’s Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel. Now, amidst a BUNCH of other updates from Disney this morning, we’ve got a glimpse at the current hotel progress!
In his Keynote speech at the IAAPA Expo, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Josh D’Amaro touched on the latest from Disneyland Paris, including the work on Hotel New York — Art of Marvel. Take a look at that exterior!
D’Amaro noted that the hotel is built with the idea of “celebrating 80 years of Marvel storytelling in a typical New York setting with a contemporary art deco style, which will include one of the largest publicly viewable collections or marvel artwork in the world.” The lobby area looks just like the concept art!
Wowza! The progress really does look great! We can’t wait to see the finished product and inside some of the rooms of this upcoming hotel, which can be booked NOW! Stay tuned to DFB today to make sure you catch ALL of the updates from Disney this morning!
