Little by little, many restaurants and hotels all around Disney World have reopened.
And soon, another spot will be added to the list! Cafe Rix at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will be reopening in just a few days.
As we made our way around Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort today, we spotted a sign over by Cafe Rix indicating that the restaurant will be reopening this week — on November 18th!
Cafe Rix’s operating hours will be from 7AM – 12:30PM, and from 4:30PM-10PM.
If you’re not familiar with Cafe Rix, it’s a counter service spot in the resort where you can grab a quick snack or meal.
Right now, their online breakfast menu lists a few hot grab & go items, like a meat, egg & cheese sandwich, as well as some fresh items, snacks, pastries, a bunch of different coffee options (we’re talking caramel macchiato, white chocolate mocha, and espresso con panna) and more.
Their online dinner menu  also has some hot items like a Buffalo Chicken Sub, Meatball Parmigiana Sub, and a Mini Corn Dog Basket. At dinnertime, you can also get some grab and go dishes, snacks, gelato, and other items.
We’ve had some INCREDIBLE bakery creations from this spot in the past, so we’re excited to see what it will have available when it opens. The fact that you can get gelato at this spot is also a nice treat.
We’ll definitely be on the lookout for more updates about Cafe Rix and all of the restaurants around Disney World, so be sure to come back for all the latest news.

This is a big mistake, we went there last week. It was billed as a sports bar, yet the games were displayed on all the tv sets with no volume. We, as did several others, askes for volume and we were told “NO” they would only play music. It was bad , 70s music and no one was happy. We had already ordered and could not leave as the other tables filed out. That was a bad deal for us. The food was the WORST, the service was the WORST. The manager was the WORST. I can not Unrecommend this Enough.

Rix Sports Bar and Rix Cafe are 2 different places, aren’t they?

Cindy, they are.
