We all have that one family member.
The one who would rather watch Wall-E for the 10th time instead of the new psycho-thriller. The one who tries (and fails) at singing the Swahili intro to Circle of Life. That one cousin/sister/friend who takes way too many trips to Disney World, despite not having children. (The author of this post may or not identify with all of these descriptions!) Or, maybe this title struck a chord because YOU identify as a Disney-loving Childless Millennial. This gift guide is for anyone who is young-at-heart who LOVES Disney, even though they’re “too old” to do so!
Throw that mentality out the window! You can love Disney no matter your age or status. We solemnly swear not to judge you if you watch Hocus Pocus in July or own a pair of Mickey Mouse Crocs. We’ve got a gift guide just for you…or…”someone you know.” 😉
Breakables
Let’s start with something that childless folk sometimes take for granted…breakables. Go crazy and buy the fancy Disney plates, wine glasses, and “toothpick holders.” (This is the Disney-fied name of a shot glass. We’re not fooled, Disney!)
This is the kinda stuff that says, “I’m classy,” but also, “Isn’t Pluto ADORABLE??” We’re on the search for the most fragile and beautiful stuff you can find! For instance, this oh-so-delicate Minnie Mouse wine glass that’s just begging to be dropped on the tile floor for $19…
…this fun and fancy-free Ink and Paint plate set for $39.99…
…and the character tumbler set featuring the fab 5 having the time of their lives for $49.99. (Or, if you’re feeling moody, try out this Maleficent goblet and drink your cocktails with sass and style.)
Finally, there’s this magnificent Mickey Cake Stand. This is for the times when you want to bake a Mickey-shaped chocolate cake and display it for your guests. It’s the kind of cake stand that displays your baking craftsmanship and also makes you feel like a #adult. Only adults use cake stands, right?
The super adult cake stand is $44.99. There are plenty more grown-up accessories where that came from! Disney has a ton of kitchenware available online and in the parks!

Beautiful Bags and Accessories
Dooney & Bourke and Loungefly know exactly how to cater to the Disney-loving millennial demographic. The designers are constantly churning out gorgeous accessories that will make your eyes light up like a Christmas tree. There are SO many bags, wallets, and pretty things on shopDisney it will make your head spin. Let’s narrow it down to our favorites from each designer!
First up, we’re pretty much obsessed with the Minnie Mouse Très Chic collection by Dooney & Bourke. We laid eyes on the set in EPCOT at the France Pavilion and it’s also available online. The large shopping tote for $268 would make a beautiful gift!
While Dooney & Bourke is fairly sophisticated, Loungefly steps it up with fun and funky designs. We’re pretty much obsessed with the pretty in pastel rainbow Mickey collection. The rainbow Mickey backpack will store all your important goods AND looks cute! (Side Note: Have you seen the cutie pie Ewok mini-backpack?? We’re dying.)
These designers know how to make elegant accessories with a touch of Disney magic. The bags are “grown-up” enough that adults can use them without feeling like they’re wearing a child’s backpack!

90’s Nostalgia Wear
Millennials grew up with Disney classics like Aladdin, Hercules, and Beauty and the Beast. It’s no wonder we swoon when we see a new shirt inspired by one of the golden age Disney movies! While there is PLENTY of merch inspired by these movies, we’d like to turn your attention to the Home Alone collection that was just released. ‘Tis the season, right?
Kevin McCallister would be proud to wear the Home Alone Christmas sweater or Battle Plan t-shirt! All the Home Alone graphic tees and sweatshirts are sure to drum up some nostalgia for anyone who grew up with the movie!

Jana says
This really should say childfree instead of childless. They are not the same.
Childless means that someone is unable to conceive or carry a pregnancy to term.
Jimmy Johns says
Actually that’s wrong Jana.
“ Childlessness is the state of not having children. Childlessness may have personal, social or political significance. Childlessness, which may be by choice or circumstance, is distinguished from voluntary childlessness, which is voluntarily having no children, and from antinatalism, wherein childlessness is promoted.”
