PHOTOS: Disney World's Art of Animation and Pop Century Resorts Are SO Festive for the Holidays!

Slowly but surely, holiday decorations are POPping up all over Walt Disney World. We’ve seen them at the Contemporary Resort, the Boardwalk Inn, and Animal Kingdom Lodge, and so many more!

And now, Pop Century Resort and Art of Animation are all decked out!

We already spotted Pop Century’s GIANT Christmas tree yesterday. But today, while strolling around through the years, we found TONS of more holiday cheer!

First, of course, we revisited the tree in all its retro-inspired glory! Take a look at this cheeky Santa Claus straight from the 1950s!

But that’s not all. Everything Pop, this resort’s store and quick service restaurant, also had festive garland and trees!

This silver tree is straight out of the space age!

Outside, we also spotted some TOTALLY GROOVY garland!

And this nostalgia-inducing wreath, complete with some holiday vinyl records!

“Jingle Bells,” “Deck the Halls,” “Joy to the World,” and “Silent Night” make for a pretty classic pop playlist, if you ask us!

The lobby has also gotten a makeover worthy of Santa with this candy cane garland…

…And yet ANOTHER tree!

Then, we packed up our sleigh and strolled across Hourglass Lake to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! This resort’s VERY colorful lobby has gotten some frosted holiday wreaths behind the check-in desks!

These white wreaths really stand out and incorporate concept art!

Of course, the star of any Disney resort’s holiday decor is the TREE, and Art of Animation has a towering white pine tree with brightly colored bulbs and artwork sketches, playing into the lobby’s theme of seeing concept art turned into fully animated scenes!

Outside this colorful resort is a shimmery white and silver garland and wreath, which is a stunning contrast!

The garland even wraps around the resort’s blue columns, giving off a particularly wintery vibe (even if Florida is still pretty hot this time of year)!

That silver theme continues into the resort’s outdoor wreaths.

Disney World REALLY comes alive at Christmastime, from all of the holiday treats to the decorations at the resorts, and the fun festive activities at the theme parks and Disney Springs. And when we see more of it, we’ll be sure to share ALL the photos!
