As EPCOT gets some major changes, we get more excited about what’s to come each time we visit the parks!
And, the World Showcase is getting amazing new features from Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure to a gelato cart. However, we spotted THREE new shops that have opened in EPCOT’s France and Italy Pavilions for guests to find themed merchandise during their visit to the park.
The France Pavilion is already receiving a HUGE update right now, but today we were there for the reopening of Les Vins de France…
…and L’Espirit de la Provence.
While you might find a storefront with the name “La Maison du Vin,” it’s just another part of the Les Vins de France and L’Espirit de la Provence that all connect together…as far as we know.

It’s all very confusing, but these all sort of wind around into one another so don’t worry about it too much.
The stores are currently using designated entrances and exits to control the flow of traffic as multiple guests browse the shelves.
Plus, there are distancing measures in place with barriers and markers to make sure that parties are kept separate from one another.
The stores are operating with the same check-out system that we’ve seen around the parks with numbered areas…
…and plexiglass barriers to make sure that both guests and Cast Members are kept safe.
In the France shops, you can find a selection of different wines available to taste, as well as full bottles to take home with you as a souvenir.
Since the stores are connected, you can also walk through to check out the themed merchandise to add a bit of Parisian fashion to your everyday wardrobe.

Along with outfits featuring Parisian Minnie…
…you can find brand new merchandise inspired by Marie from The Aristocats too!
From mugs to tees and even hats, there’s something for everyone that visits the store (and maybe you can pick a few items up for Christmas)!
The Italy Pavilion has also reopened a couple of shops — La Gemma Elegante and Il Bel Cristallo.
These are in the building themed after the Doge’s Palace in Venice, Italy.

The store also has the same check-out procedures as France’s shops…
…as well as health and safety signs reminding guests of the park guidelines.
Christmas decorations enhance the shops with glittering lights, ornaments, and bows to make your shopping experience more festive.
Along with the bags, perfumes, and jewelry that is sold in the shop…
…there is also glassware and hand-painted masks inspired by the Carnival of Venice available for purchase.
You can even spot a few festival masks being used as ornaments on the tree, which might be the most unique decoration we’ve seen in the World Showcase!

So disappointed. We were there on Thursday and the shops in France and Italy weren’t open.
