There are lots of projects going on all around Disney World, but especially over at EPCOT as part of that park’s transformation.
One of those special projects is the expansion of the France pavilion with the new Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction, La Crêperie de Paris restaurant, and the surrounding area. With the Ratatouille attraction and crêpe shop both set to open in 2021, we’re keeping a close eye on this whole area. Today, as we flew past in the Disney Skyliner, we noticed that a brand new kiosk has been added!
Looking down on this expanded area, you can see a number of buildings with flowers in the windowsills, a fountain in the back right of the picture, and, if you look right near the center in the bottom of the photo, a brand new kiosk!
For reference, this is what the area looked like back in September. You can see there was no kiosk in he area on the left, and no flowers in the windowsills, as well as some other areas that were not as finished as they are today.
The new kiosk is painted green and matches well with its surroundings. It feels like something that just belongs there. We can’t wait to see exactly what kind of items will be available at this kiosk. A street sign pointing to a “hotel” also appears in front of the kiosk on the lamppost. It’s little details like that sign that make you feel like you’re really “living” in Remy’s Paris.
We’re excited to see that more little details, like this kiosk and other finishing touches, are being put in place in this expanded area.
We can’t wait to stroll down these streets, check out the fountain of rats(!), and admire all of the beautiful details throughout this space.
We’ll continue to keep you updated as we see and learn more about Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and the whole surrounding expansion area. Check back with us for more updates!
