One of our FAVORITE Hollywood Studios restaurants reopened today!
Woody’s Lunch Box is BACK BBY! Despite a few changes to the menu, we’re still overjoyed to be toy-sized and snacking once again. So, come along with us as we bring you a REVIEW of a reopened Woody’s Lunch Box!
And, yes, we will be getting the Totchos. But FIRST, the atmosphere!
Atmosphere
Woody’s Lunch Box is looking as cute as ever with oversized theming to make you feel like a real-life toy. Like most other quick-service restaurants in Disney World right now, Mobile Order is heavily encouraged. Once your order is ready, a Cast Member will direct you up to the counter.
Did you know this spot is sponsored by Babybel Cheese? That’s why you can see so many Babybel rounds at the counter and even making up some of the seating!
Speaking of the seating, the tables have been rearranged to provide more social distancing. This does mean there’s a little bit less seating but we didn’t have trouble finding somewhere to eat.
We love dining here thanks to the fun theming alone. After all, who WOULDN’T want to be toy-sized for a few hours?
As we mentioned, the menu has been updated but lots of our favorites remain! Just remember, this spot is NOT open for breakfast right now.
So, let’s eat!
Eats
There isn’t anything new on the menu, but that just means we have more room to chow down on our favorite. Yes, we’re talking to you, Totchos. Totchos are Potato Barrels (that’s tots!) coated with Beef and Bean Chili, Shredded Cheese and signature Queso with Tomatoes and Corn Chips finished with Sour Cream and a sprinkle of Green Onions. You can snag them for $8.99!
These are a HUGE portion; we recommend sharing unless you’re really hungry. The tots and chips still have a good crunch to them even smothered in toppings and the ingredients are perfect together. We’re so glad these are back!
For dessert, we opted for the Lemon-Blueberry Lunch Box Tart for $4.29. What, did you think we were gonna return to Woody’s Lunch Box WITHOUT getting one of these!? This one is a Lunch Box Tart with Lemon Filling and Blueberry Frosting.
As usual, this tart is ADORABLE. We love the design! It’s a great size for a dessert and has a nice balance of sweet and tart. As a note, the frosting isn’t super creamy so it might be a bit of a surprising texture, but it’s still delicious!
And we washed it all down with the Frozen Mystic Portal Punch in a Souvenir Alien Sipper for $16.49. This drink, Frozen POWERade® Mountain Berry Blast slush with flavors of Lemon-Lime and Tangerine, is also available without the sipper for $5.49.
The sipper is SO fun and gives us total Green Alien vibes. The sides even say, “Ooooh the claawww!” The drink itself is very sweet, almost too sweet to drink! It’s definitely one that’s geared more towards kids.
Aaaannnd, it’s time for a Nosh or Not!
Nosh or Not

Overall
Woody’s Lunch Box was, once again and unsurprisingly, a total charmer! We love this spot for our quick lunch or snack needs in Hollywood Studios and we’re so happy that it’s returned to the park. It’s delightful food in a delightful setting and we’d be amiss if we passed on a chance to dine here.
Kids especially will love the theming and eats here. It really has a certain geared-towards-kiddos vibe, but that doesn’t mean grown-ups won’t very much enjoy their time here either. The menu has several good options so you should be able to please picky-eaters and even adventurous ones.

Darn you Disney for toying with our emotions and posting the menu for reopening without totchos being listed! Now that totchos are back, all is well in the world.
